With more than 22 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Fernandes brings with him a wealth of industry knowledge, operational expertise, and a strong guest-centric approach.
Known for his visionary, resilient, and empathetic leadership style, Fernandes lives by the philosophy: “Serve with heart, lead with purpose, grow through excellence.” His management approach emphasizes authentic service, team empowerment, and continuous improvement, aligning seamlessly with the brand values of The Westin and Marriott International.
Over the course of his career, Fernandes has held senior leadership roles at prestigious properties across India. He most recently served as Deputy General Manager at Camellias, DLF Hospitality in Gurgaon, and earlier as Director of Food & Beverage at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru, where he successfully managed large teams, consistently exceeded sales targets, and achieved top scores in Luxury Quality Assurance (LQA) and hygiene audits.
His core strengths include strategic leadership, problem-solving, and customer service excellence. Fernandes is recognised for his ability to mentor and inspire teams, foster service recovery initiatives, and deliver consistently high levels of guest satisfaction through rigorous training and quality standards.
