Crowne Plaza Lucknow, a landmark addition to IHG Hotels & Resorts’, has announced the appointment of Sachin Bhardwaj as its new Operations Manager.

With more than 16 years of experience in hospitality operations, Sachin brings a blend of strategic vision and dynamic leadership to his new role. He will oversee overall operational performance, enhance brand positioning, and drive initiatives designed to elevate the guest experience.

Over the course of his career, Sachin has held leadership roles with some of the world’s most respected hospitality brands, including Accor, Marriott, The Lalit, and IHG. His expertise spans managing high-profile properties where he consistently demonstrated a strong track record in team leadership, operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional service standards.

Crowne Plaza Lucknow holds special significance as IHG’s 50th hotel in India, underscoring the brand’s accelerated growth in the country. Ideally located on the Lucknow–Varanasi Road, the property is designed to cater to both business and leisure travelers while staying true to Crowne Plaza’s global promise of authentic, memorable hospitality.
