Four Points by Sheraton Nashik has announced the appointment of Siddharth Joshi as its new Hotel Manager, a move that underscores Marriott International’s focus on strengthening leadership talent across its properties in India.
A seasoned hotelier with more than 23 years of experience, Joshi steps into this role after serving as Director of Sales & Marketing at W Goa, one of the country’s most celebrated lifestyle resorts. His extensive career has taken him through a variety of leadership positions across marquee hotels including Renaissance Mumbai (now The Westin Powai), Goa Marriott, JW Marriott Dubai, Hyatt Regency Pune, The Leela Palace Bengaluru, Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Nashik, and The Leela Gandhinagar.
At each stage of his journey, Joshi has combined commercial acumen with a deep commitment to guest engagement and team development. Widely regarded as a “people-first hotelier,” he is known for mentoring teams, shaping memorable guest experiences, and driving operational excellence. These qualities make him a natural fit to lead Four Points by Sheraton Nashik at a time when the city is emerging as a key destination for both business and leisure travelers.
In his new role, Joshi will oversee the hotel’s overall operations with a focus on enhancing service quality, strengthening market positioning, and elevating the guest experience. His appointment reflects Marriott’s broader strategy of empowering proven leaders to deliver on the brand’s promise of dependable hospitality paired with local warmth.
