Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Whitefield has announced the appointment of Ishita Ganguly as its new Hotel Manager. In her new role, Ishita will oversee daily operations, guest engagement, business performance, and team development, bringing with her a proven track record of leadership and innovation in the hospitality sector.
With over 12 years of experience, Ishita has held key leadership roles across sales, marketing, and operations with global hospitality brands such as Marriott International, IHG, Accor, and Hyatt. Most recently, she served as the Complex Director of Sales & Marketing at Courtyard & Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, where she was instrumental in driving revenue strategies, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing brand visibility in a highly competitive market.
Her earlier assignments include serving as Director of Sales & Marketing at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, and nearly six years with Accor Hotels, where she progressed from Director of Sales to Cluster Director of Sales for multiple Ibis properties across Mumbai and Thane. Ishita’s career began with Park Hyatt Chennai and Hyatt Regency Mumbai, where she honed her skills in sales, relationship management, and strategic planning.
Known for her dynamic leadership style and innovative approach, Ishita is expected to strengthen Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Whitefield’s positioning as a preferred choice for both business and leisure travelers in Whitefield, one of Bengaluru’s most prominent IT and commercial hubs.
Her appointment also reflects Marriott International’s commitment to nurturing talent from within its system and empowering women leaders across the hospitality industry — a sector increasingly recognizing the importance of diversity and inclusive leadership.
