InterGlobe’s International Hospitality Brand Miiro expands its footprint to Austria

InterGlobe Enterprises’ international lifestyle hospitality brand Miiro has announced its entry into Austria with the launch of Miiro Palais Rudolf in Vienna this December. The opening marks Miiro’s fifth hotel in Europe within just 16 months, underscoring the brand’s rapid growth trajectory and ambition to create a strong presence across key cultural capitals.

A Boutique Brand with Character

Miiro, positioned as a lifestyle boutique hotel brand, is built around the idea of “Brilliantly Considered Stays.” Each property is individually designed and draws inspiration from its location’s culture and history. Since its debut in Paris in 2024 with Le Grand Hôtel Cayré, Miiro has steadily added Borneta in Barcelona, The Mansard in Gstaad, and Templeton Garden in London to its portfolio.

The Vienna debut extends that promise into Central Europe, where the brand hopes to attract both global travelers and locals seeking thoughtful, experience-driven hospitality.

Palais Rudolf: A Timeless Retreat in Vienna’s Old Town

Set on a tranquil square overlooking Rudolfspark, Palais Rudolf blends heritage charm with contemporary design. The townhouse-style property features 64 bespoke rooms designed with warm tones, vintage furnishings, and carefully curated antiques sourced from Vienna’s storied heritage.

Beyond accommodation, the hotel offers:

  • An Italian-inspired restaurant bathed in natural light

  • A stylish bar and lounge, ideal for evening gatherings

  • Miiro’s signature Refresh Room, a wellness-driven relaxation space

  • A modern gym for today’s active traveler

Guests can take advantage of an opening offer of 20% off the best available rate and a €30 on-site credit when booking via the official Miiro website.

Leadership Perspective

Commenting on the expansion, Neena Gupta, CEO of Miiro and Executive Director of Group Strategy & International Hospitality at InterGlobe Enterprises, said:

“We are thrilled to announce the launch of Miiro Palais Rudolf, marking our fifth Miiro hotel opening in just 16 months. Following successful openings in Paris, Barcelona, Gstaad, and London, this launch highlights our focus on bringing the brand’s promise of ‘Brilliantly Considered Stays’ to new markets. Vienna, with its rich culture and timeless charm, is the perfect setting for our debut in Austria.”

Strategic Expansion & Future Plans

Miiro is not stopping in Vienna. A second property in the city’s vibrant Spittelberg neighborhood is already in the pipeline for 2026, signaling InterGlobe’s confidence in Austria as a growth market. The group also maintains a broader hospitality presence across Amsterdam, Munich, Prague, Budapest, Hamburg, and Melbourne, strengthening its foothold beyond aviation (IndiGo Airlines) into international hospitality.

About Miiro

The name Miiro is derived from the Latin miro (“I wonder”), with its double vowel symbolizing reflection. True to this ethos, Miiro encourages guests to pause, reflect, and engage with the character of each destination.
