New 304-key Hilton Hyderabad Gachibowli to feature one of the city’s largest convention spaces
HYDERABAD – Hilton (NYSE: HLT) today announced the signing of Hilton Hyderabad Gachibowli, a landmark convention hotel in Hyderabad’s dynamic financial district. Developed in partnership with Shree Venkateshwara Hotels and Convention, the 304-key property is scheduled to open in January 2029. This marks the second Hilton Hotels & Resorts property in Hyderabad, alongside the upcoming Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa.
With a GDP of approximately USD 94 billion, Hyderabad ranks among India’s fastest-growing urban economies, hosting leading multinational corporations and over 110 million square feet of Grade A office space. Strategically located on ISB Road in Gachibowli, one of India’s most prominent commercial corridors, Hilton Hyderabad Gachibowli will be uniquely positioned to serve the city’s thriving business and technology ecosystem. The location offers excellent connectivity to HITEC City, Neopolis, and Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA).

A defining highlight will be its 62,000 square feet of flexible event space, making it one of the largest convention hotels in Hyderabad. Facilities will include three expansive ballrooms, a junior ballroom, and multiple meeting halls, supported by Hilton’s dedicated event teams to deliver world-class MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) experiences.
