The Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, today announced the signing of a new Ginger hotel in Satara, Maharashtra. This greenfield project marks another milestone in IHCL’s strategy of expanding its footprint across high-potential markets.

Speaking on the occasion, Ms. Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate & Development, IHCL, said:
“Satara’s strong ecosystem of education, healthcare, and business generates steady demand, making it a natural choice for Ginger’s growth. This signing is consistent with IHCL’s vision to extend its diverse brandscape into emerging destinations. We are delighted to partner with Ms. Vedantika Raje Bhonsle for this project.”
