With more than two decades of experience in global hospitality, including over 15 years in senior leadership roles, Mr. Kotsifakos brings exceptional expertise in hotel operations, food and beverage management, and large-scale event execution. His extensive background across Europe and the Middle East aligns seamlessly with The Ritz-Carlton, Amman’s vision of offering world-class hospitality rooted in local authenticity.

A graduate of the Swiss Hotel Management School, Mr. Kotsifakos began his career in 2003 at Hilton Athens before joining Marriott International in 2010 as Director of Food and Beverage at Costa Navarino Resorts. Since then, he has held senior executive positions with leading luxury brands including The St. Regis, The Westin, and Sheraton. His international expertise, coupled with his in-depth understanding of the Jordanian market, ensures that The Ritz-Carlton, Amman will continue to deliver elevated guest experiences that define the brand worldwide.
