The Westin Pushkar Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Amita Singh Rana as its new Director of Sales. With over 17 years of extensive experience in hospitality sales and marketing, she will be responsible for driving the resort’s commercial strategy across key segments, including MICE, weddings, and corporate business, while further strengthening its position as a leading luxury destination in Rajasthan.
Amita Singh Rana has built an impressive career across some of India’s most reputed hospitality brands. She joins The Westin Pushkar from Lemon Tree Hotel & Red Fox Hotel & Convention Centre, Gurgaon, where she served as Director of Sales – Banquets and was recognized with the “Champion of the Year Award” in FY 2023–24 for her outstanding performance.
Her career also includes significant contributions to Grand Hyatt Gurgaon (pre-opening), Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi, DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon, and Bestech Hospitality (Radisson & Park Plaza brands). Over the years, she has developed expertise in sales strategy, revenue growth, client relations, and event management, with a strong track record of delivering results in highly competitive markets.
At The Westin Pushkar Resort & Spa, Amita Singh Rana will lead the sales function with a strategic focus on expanding the MICE and wedding segments, strengthening partnerships with corporate clients, and creating innovative campaigns to boost the resort’s brand visibility. By combining strategic planning with strong relationship-building, she aims to drive sustainable growth and elevate the property’s positioning as a premier destination for domestic and international travelers seeking luxury, wellness, and memorable experiences.
Amita is also an alumna of the Future GM Turnstile Leaders Program by Harappa Education, an initiative designed to groom the next generation of leaders in the hospitality industry.
