Novotel Hyderabad Airport has announced the appointment of Gyandeep Singh as its new Director of Food & Beverage. With over 18 years of extensive experience across leading luxury hotel brands, Singh will spearhead the property’s food and beverage operations, bringing innovation and excellence to its culinary offerings.
Throughout his career, Gyandeep Singh has been associated with some of the most respected names in the hospitality industry, including IHCL (Taj Hotels), Hilton, Hyatt, The Leela, ITC Hotels, and Marriott. He has worked across key hospitality markets such as Hyderabad, Bangalore, Goa, Chennai, and Mumbai, consistently delivering on operational efficiency, enhanced guest experiences, and revenue growth.
Among his notable achievements, Singh played a pivotal role in the successful launch of Q Bar at Hilton Chennai, curated award-winning restaurant concepts, and introduced innovative marketing strategies that boosted visibility and profitability. His expertise spans restaurant operations, banqueting, events, budgeting, cost optimization, and luxury dining experiences.
In addition to his operational strengths, Singh holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification and has undergone luxury brand training, reflecting his strong focus on quality, precision, and global standards in hospitality leadership.
As Director of Food & Beverage, Gyandeep Singh will be responsible for leading all F&B operations at Novotel Hyderabad Airport, including its restaurants, bars, banquet facilities, and events. His focus will be on curating exceptional dining experiences, driving culinary innovation, and strengthening the hotel’s position as a preferred destination for both travelers and local guests.
