Fairfield by Marriott Goa Benaulim has announced the appointment of Vandana Joshi as Rooms Division Manager. A seasoned hospitality professional with over 17 years of experience, Vandana brings extensive expertise in Rooms Management and Operations to her new role.
A Rich Career Journey
Vandana began her career at Hyatt Regency Bengaluru, contributing to the pre-openings of Hyatt Amritsar and Hyatt Pune. She later gained valuable experience in the luxury segment at the iconic The Lodhi before starting her Marriott journey at Courtyard Chennai. She also played a key role in the pre-opening of Courtyard Navi Mumbai as a Rooms Trainer.
For the past decade, Vandana has been with Marriott International, South Asia, most recently serving as Assistant Manager – Operations, South Asia, where she contributed to major regional initiatives including sustainability and loyalty programs across both Managed and Franchise properties.

In her new position, Vandana will focus on elevating guest experiences, streamlining operations, and building a strong people-first culture to enhance associate engagement and service delivery.
