The St. Regis Goa Resort Appoints Gurnoor Bindra as General Manager

The St. Regis Goa Resort has announced the appointment of Gurnoor Bindra as General Manager, effective June 30, 2025.

Proven Leadership Across Regions

With over 14 years of experience in the hospitality sector across Asia and the Middle East, Gurnoor brings a wealth of leadership expertise to her new role. She most recently served as General Manager of the Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel, Dubai—the largest Sheraton property in the Middle East—where she led a significant transformation. Her tenure saw the successful launch of innovative food and beverage concepts, earning industry-wide recognition and accolades such as ‘Middle East General Manager of the Year’ and inclusion among the ‘30 Best GMs in the UAE.’

A Distinguished Professional Journey

Gurnoor began her career in finance, working across the manufacturing and service industries before moving into hospitality leadership. An alumna of Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi, she also holds an Executive Master’s from IIM Lucknow and has completed executive programs in Strategic Hospitality Management and Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management at Cornell University.

A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Gurnoor has successfully led high-impact projects focused on enhancing guest experience, improving productivity, and driving process efficiency across diverse markets.

In her new role, Gurnoor will be responsible for leading The St. Regis Goa Resort into its next phase of growth—strengthening market positioning, elevating guest experiences, and driving innovative hospitality initiatives.
