In her capacity at Conrad Bengaluru, Misbah will lead the Housekeeping team with a keen focus on enhancing guest experience, ensuring meticulous attention to detail, and fostering an environment of unparalleled comfort and Hospitality. Misbah comes with over 14 years of extensive experience in the field of housekeeping and has worked with brands like Taj Palace new Delhi, Vivanta by Taj Kovalam and Yeshwantpur.
Speaking on her appointment Misbah adds, “I am honoured to join the esteemed team at Conrad Bengaluru, a name synonymous with excellence in the Hospitality industry. In her previous role at the Taj Group of hotels, Misbah held a pivotal position of overseeing housekeeping desk operations, orchestrating daily activities, and serving as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay. In addition to this, she also helped the hotel in installing OPERA software and have been a part of the OPERA team while running it live at the hotel.
