Sanika’s journey in the hospitality sector began in June 2017 at The Westin Powai, where she started as a Guest Relations associate. Demonstrating her dedication and proficiency, she swiftly climbed the career ladder, transitioning through roles such as Front Desk Associate, Rooms Controller, and eventually Front Office Executive.
In July 2021, Sanika took her talents to Grand Hyatt Mumbai, where she served as a Front Office team leader before being promoted to Assistant Manager – Front Office. Her contributions at Grand Hyatt Mumbai further solidified her reputation as a capable and driven professional within the industry.
In December 2022, Sanika embarked on a new chapter at Hyderabad Marriott & Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad, assuming the role of Assistant Front Office Manager. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Now, as the newly appointed Front Office Manager at Four Points by Sheraton Visakhapatnam, Sanika is poised to lead with her extensive experience and leadership skills. In addition to her illustrious career, Sanika is a graduate of the Indian Education Society’s Kohinoor Hotel Management program, where she honed her expertise in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management.
