During his tenure at IHG Hotels & Resorts in Jaipur, Chef Raj Kumar spearheaded culinary initiatives at a 5-star hotel boasting five F&B outlets and expansive banqueting space. Under his leadership, the hotel’s restaurants consistently ranked among the top 8 in Jaipur on TripAdvisor. His accomplishments included establishing food safety standards, crafting innovative menus, and orchestrating successful food festivals and promotions.

Prior to his international ventures, Chef Raj Kumar held pivotal roles at renowned establishments such as Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where he received acclaim for his role in uplifting buffet and à la carte food quality. His expertise in implementing stringent health and safety measures earned the hotel the prestigious GBAC star accreditation certification for infectious disease prevention during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Chef Raj Kumar’s culinary prowess was also evident during his tenure at lebua Hotels and Resorts in Lucknow, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the city as a culinary destination.
