Shantanu commenced his hospitality journey in 2011 as a trainee duty manager at Hyatt Regency, Delhi, and joined Marriott International Inc in 2016. His tenure includes roles as Front Desk Manager at Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield and Front Office Manager at Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar. Throughout his career, Shantanu has demonstrated outstanding leadership, exemplary guest service skills, and a keen eye for driving hospitality operational efficiency. His extensive experience includes serving in key managerial positions at renowned establishments such as Four Points by Sheraton Whitefield and Le Meridien Hotels and Spa, Mahabaleshwar.
Shantanu’s proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems such as Oracle Opera Cloud and Opera On Premises, coupled with his expertise in integration with guest experience platforms like Empower GXP, positions him as a valuable asset to our team. Furthermore, his strategic acumen in identifying business opportunities, implementing high-impact initiatives, and fostering cross-functional collaboration aligns seamlessly with our organizational goals and values.
