Having commenced his tenure with Hilton in 1979, Siddig expressed his profound enjoyment of every moment spent within the organization, expressing a passion for his work and aspirations to venture into entrepreneurship within the next few years.
Siddig’s extensive professional journey includes notable roles such as Human Resources Director at Hilton Doha The Pearl and Cluster Director of HR at various Hilton properties across the Middle East. His leadership prowess was evident as he revitalized departments, enhanced operational standards, and fostered talent development throughout his career.
In addition to his illustrious career, Siddig pursued education in Hotel Management at prestigious institutions such as Cornell University and Schloss Klesshiem, further solidifying his expertise in the field.
