Sumit Rawat brings with him a wealth of experience garnered from his 18-year culinary journey across premier hospitality properties. His culinary odyssey commenced at the prestigious Hyatt Regency Mumbai in 2006, where he honed his skills and ignited his passion for the art of gastronomy.
Over the years, Sumit has meticulously crafted innovative dining experiences, showcasing his culinary prowess during his decade-long tenure at Grand Hyatt Goa, where he ascended to the position of Sous Chef. His culinary journey further flourished through his roles at Sheraton Grand Hotel & Convention Centre Whitefield, Bengaluru, and JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa, where he left an indelible mark with his distinctive culinary creations.
Sumit Rawat’s most recent role as Executive Chef at Devi Ratn – IHCL SeleQtions, Jaipur, further solidified his reputation as a visionary culinary leader, consistently delivering exceptional dining experiences.
With a rich tapestry of experience across various hotel chains, Chef Sumit Rawat now embarks on a new chapter at Hyatt Pune. The team eagerly anticipates collaborating with him to curate unforgettable guest experiences and elevate the culinary landscape of Pune to new heights.
