The St. Regis Mumbai is thrilled to announce the appointment of Mr. Shaiban Hassan as its new Hotel Manager, bringing over 15 years of extensive experience in the hospitality sector.
Mr. Hassan, previously the Hotel Manager at W Goa, showcased remarkable leadership during his tenure, managing a luxury resort with 121 rooms, six food and beverage outlets, and a team of 335 employees.
Prior to his role at W Goa, Mr. Hassan held key positions at prestigious hotels such as Four Seasons Resort Seychelles and Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain. His diverse experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing guest experiences and driving revenue growth.
With a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and deep understanding of the hospitality industry, Mr. Hassan is set to contribute significantly to the continued success of The St. Regis Mumbai.
As Hotel Manager, he will report directly to the General Manager, focusing on upholding the highest standards of guest satisfaction, fostering team engagement, leadership, and devising sales strategies.
