Manjusha Anand embarked on her illustrious career as a trainee room attendant during her internship at Grand Hyatt, Mumbai. She subsequently honed her skills and garnered invaluable experience at prestigious establishments including Taj President Mumbai, The Westin Mumbai Garden City Goregaon, Hyatt Regency Mumbai, Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi, among others. Her unwavering commitment to excellence and dedication to raising standards have established her as a standout professional in the hospitality industry.

In her new role at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai, Manjusha Anand will lead initiatives to elevate housekeeping services, ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. As part of upcoming initiatives, she will oversee and implement quality assurance programs to consistently uphold Marriott’s brand standards.

To maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the hotel, our dedicated housekeeping team adheres to a meticulous “Check and Action” process, complemented by regular training, inspections, and the use of quality cleaning products.
