Prior to joining Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall, Babita Butola served as the Deputy Housekeeper at Vivanta Bengaluru – Whitefield, where she significantly contributed to enhancing guest satisfaction and upholding the hotel’s aesthetic standards. Throughout her career, Babita has received prestigious accolades such as multiple recognitions on the “Wall of Fame,” the “Safety Champion” award, and “Executive of the Month” honors. Her unwavering dedication to excellence and commitment to guest service have earned her commendations within the industry.
