Shalini Sethi has been appointed as the Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing for JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake, and Lakeside Chalet Mumbai Marriott Executive Apartments. With over two decades of experience in the luxury hospitality sector, Sethi brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success to her new role.
Prior to this appointment, Sethi successfully managed sales and marketing functions at the Indian Hotels Company Limited, focusing on key markets in Mumbai and Bengaluru. She played a pivotal role in revitalizing the brand Timeless Weddings for her previous organization.
Known for her strong business acumen and ability to build relationships with key decision-makers, Sethi has a commendable expertise in driving hotel revenues through effective sales and marketing strategies across all market segments. Her experience in handling the MICE segment further strengthens her suitability for the role.
Sethi’s academic background, including a post-graduation in science from Guwahati University and an MBA in marketing from New Delhi, reflects her dedication and expertise in the field. Beyond her professional endeavors, Sethi enjoys traveling, deep-sea diving, and is deeply committed to wildlife conservation.
