An esteemed alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Kolkata, class of 1993, Santanu Guha Roy possesses a profound background in Food and Beverage, Room Division Management, and exceptional skills in revenue generation. Throughout his career, Santanu has held significant leadership positions within prominent hotel groups, including IHG, Radisson Hotel Group, and IHCL, showcasing his versatile expertise in various facets of the hospitality industry.
Santanu’s leadership philosophy revolves around the belief that creating an exceptional product hinges on harnessing the passion and dedication of the people behind it.
