Prior to her appointment at Sofitel Dubai The Palm, Ms. Plin served as the Director of Talent & Culture – Corporate at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. Commencing her journey in the hospitality industry as a Guest Service Agent with Accor – Sofitel Maison des in 1991, she brings over three decades of invaluable experience to her new role.
Ms. Plin’s professional journey has seen her contribute significantly to renowned establishments, including Palazzo Versace Dubai, Paramount Hotel Dubai, and Caesars Palace Dubai. Her extensive experience in HR management within the luxury lifestyle hotel segment underscores her capability to thrive in ever-changing market dynamics.
