His journey in hospitality began in 1993 in Tunisia, and he later moved to Dubai in 2002, where he served as the Director of Sales & Marketing, further deepening his understanding of the regional market dynamics.
El Behi’s academic background is complemented by his Diploma of Education in English Language and Literature from The British Council Tunis, reflecting his commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
