Marriott Suites Pune is pleased to announce the appointment of Subhanjana Bhattacharjee as the Front Office Manager.
With nearly a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Subhanjana has ascended through the ranks, having worked with prestigious brands such as Marriott, Radisson, and Hyatt. Her return to Marriott Suites signifies a significant milestone in her career.
In her new role, Subhanjana will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s front office operations, including concierge services, loyalty programs, digital experiences, guest feedback, executive lounge management, and adherence to brand standards. She will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure guests enjoy a memorable stay at the property.
Known for her results-oriented approach and exceptional communication skills, Subhanjana has a proven track record of effectively analyzing financial and business metrics.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from IIHM Kolkata, along with multiple certifications in Digital Marketing and leadership fundamentals from Google.
Outside of work, Subhanjana enjoys quality time with her son, indulging in music, watching movies, crafting DIY items, decorating her home, and exploring hill stations during her leisure travels.
