In her new role, she will lead a dedicated team focused on delivering legendary service to homeowners in the 112-unit development.
Tasked with overseeing property management and resident experience, Albuquerque brings a wealth of expertise gained from her tenure with Four Seasons, which began in 2007 in her hometown of Mumbai. Her background in guest and property experience across the brand’s global portfolio will be instrumental in ensuring the success of the residential offering.
