Bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in mixology and hospitality spanning over a decade, Doillet initially joined Tashas Group in December 2020 as a valued member of the Galaxy Bar team. During her tenure, she distinguished herself with her flair for crafting inventive cocktails, most notably the acclaimed ‘Little Prince’ featuring Roku gin, sour cherry sencha tea cordial, and sakura flower, which swiftly became a signature offering. Additionally, Doillet spearheaded the successful Eyes on the Stars collaboration program at Galaxy Bar, further solidifying her reputation as an innovative force within the industry.
