With an extensive career spanning 27 years, Josiane brings a wealth of experience and a deep-seated passion for the hospitality industry, enriching the hotel’s leadership team.
Josiane’s journey began in 1997 as a Front Office Agent, and over the years, she has excelled in various roles within renowned establishments across Lebanon and the Middle East. Her versatile career includes positions such as Reservations Supervisor, Cluster Director of Revenue, and Liaison Manager, collaborating with esteemed organizations such as IHG, Rotana, Radisson, EMAAR, and Hamad Medical Corporation.
Prior to joining Delta Hotels by Marriott City Centre Doha, Josiane served as the Cluster General Manager, overseeing two properties at Millennium Hotel Doha and Millennium Central Doha. Notably, she boasts a remarkable track record of successfully managing seven pre-opening properties, consistently achieving Gross Operating Profit from the inaugural year of hotel openings.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Josiane finds joy in tennis and culinary arts, nurturing her passion for both on and off the court. She harbors a dream to immerse herself in the rich culture and landscapes of Mexico, reflecting her adventurous spirit and curiosity about the world.
