Courtyard & Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road is thrilled to announce the appointment of Mr. Rakshit Jangwan as Cluster Rooms Division Manager. With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Jangwan brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success to his new role.
In his capacity as Rooms Division Manager, Mr. Jangwan will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the hotel’s room operations. His responsibilities include ensuring the Rooms Division meets brand standards, addressing guest needs, and focusing on revenue growth to optimize the department’s financial performance.
Prior to joining Courtyard & Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, Mr. Jangwan held key positions at renowned hotels, including Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre & Jaipur Exhibition Convention Centre, Alila Diwa Goa & The Diwa Club by Alila – HYATT Complex, Novotel Goa Candolim, Novotel Kochi Infopark, Ibis Bengaluru City Center, and Vivanta by Taj Guwahati. With his pre-opening and hotel operations expertise, he played instrumental roles in successful projects such as the pre-opening of Novotel Jaipur as Rooms Division Manager and Novotel Kochi Infopark as Front Office Manager.
Mr. Jangwan holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality & Hotel Management from IHM Chennai. His proficiency in languages including English and German, along with his dynamic skill set, positions him as an exceptional leader for the Rooms Division.
In his leisure time, Mr. Jangwan enjoys swimming, going on drives, exploring new cultures, and delving into books.
