Commencing his career in 2013, Gaurav has showcased a robust ability to handle guests, earning recognition for his unwavering commitment to operational excellence. His notable career includes significant roles at Sayaji Hotels in Indore, Radisson Blu Indore, IBIS Gurgaon, and Radisson Paschim Vihar, New Delhi, where he served for nearly 5 years. In his previous role with Reliance Retail, Gaurav demonstrated exceptional operational prowess, excelling in store management and elevating the customer service experience.
