Pallavi Mishra is an alumna of Sikkim Manipal University, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Her academic background, coupled with her hands-on experience, positions her as a dynamic leader in the ever-evolving field of food and beverage management.

Commencing her career in 2010 as an F&B associate with the prestigious Leela Palaces, Hotels, and Resorts, Pallavi quickly climbed the ranks, showcasing her dedication and passion for the industry. Over the years, she has honed her skills at renowned establishments such as Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield, Kochi Marriott Hotel, Pullman New Delhi, JW Marriott Jaipur, and JW Marriott Kolkata.
