Management Promotions and Welcoming a New Heartist at Novotel Miami Brickell

In an exciting announcement, we are pleased to introduce Sinem Kaya as the newly appointed General Manager of Novotel Miami Brickell. With two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Sinem’s journey began as a Customer Relations Manager in Istanbul, Turkey, and has since seen her in key guest experience leadership roles in Miami with renowned establishments such as Conrad, Four Points by Sheraton, and W South Beach.

Sinem joined SLS (Accor) in 2012, taking on pivotal roles such as overseeing Guest Services at the new SLS South Beach and Redbury. She played a crucial role as the opening General Manager for SLS Brickell and later served as Director of Operations. Her corporate venture in 2017 led her to a pre-opening support role as the Director of Operations for SBE Global, where she played a direct part in launching establishments like SLS Baha Mar, SLS LUX, and Hyde Midtown.

In June 2019, Sinem took on the role of General Manager at the Kimpton Hotel – The Anglers Hotel South Beach, showcasing her versatility and adaptability in various operational aspects. She returned to Accor in 2023 as the Complex General Manager at SLS Brickell Miami & SLS LUX Brickell Miami, demonstrating her commitment to and familiarity with the Accor brand.

Sinem’s extensive background in the dynamic Miami market, coupled with her expertise in guest experience, food, beverage, and entertainment, make her a valuable addition to Novotel Miami Brickell. Her leadership is poised to complement and enhance the property’s offerings.
