During her tenure at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, Preeti showcased exceptional leadership skills, overseeing a diverse workforce of 1400+ associates representing 60+ nationalities. Prior to this, she played a pivotal role in the pre-opening phase of Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre, achieving a notable 46% female gender ratio and fostering diversity across 48 nationalities.
