Having excelled in overseeing front office operations at Fairfield by Marriott Goa Anjuna, he is well-versed in ensuring optimal rooms profitability through cost control. His commitment to upholding the brand’s standards of excellence is evident in his wealth of experience.
In the role of Executive Chef, Mr. Bhushan Ganorkar, an esteemed culinary professional, brings a career marked by excellence and innovation. His previous leadership in Pune city as a cluster chef overseeing 10 locations showcases his ability to achieve stellar operational benchmarks and foster a culture of excellence. Chef Bhushan’s strategic approach in planning kitchen layouts, crafting menus, and adeptly managing teams is complemented by his recognition, including the Times Food Guide Award for “Best Pan Asian Restaurant.”
Mr. Abhinav Kumar Singh joins as Director of Finance, contributing a wealth of experience from roles such as Associate Director of Finance at Lodhi New Delhi, Financial Controller at Hilton Garden Inn Saket New Delhi, and Finance Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri. With a proven track record in financial leadership, his strategic mindset and deep understanding of hotel finance will play a crucial role in elevating the establishment’s financial management.
