Tyrone Lodder takes on the role of the new general manager at Novotel Muscat Airport, overseeing daily operations with a focus on upholding high standards for stakeholders. With an extensive 20-year background in hospitality, Lodder, whose journey with Accor spans 11 years, has held key positions such as cluster general manager at Grand Mercure Dubai City and Ibis Styles Dubai Airport.
Originating from South Africa, Lodder’s passion for hospitality ignited his career. Excited about joining the Novotel Muscat team, he brings expertise in areas like food and beverage, staff development, and elevating guest satisfaction. Lodder is committed to positively leading the team, prioritizing customer satisfaction, and enhancing guest experiences.

Novotel Muscat Airport, operational since January 2020, caters to both business and leisure travelers, offering 215 rooms and suites, three dining options, six meeting spaces, a ballroom, and the In-balance Fitness & Wellness Club. This appointment marks the third venture of Accor Hotel Management Corporation in Oman.
