Jose Rocha is appointed as the Director of Operations & Culinary Operations at Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai.

As the Director of Operations at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights, Jose Rocha’s impactful leadership would foster positive team dynamics, reflecting a commitment to innovation and exceptional guest experiences.

Rocha’s culinary journey traces back to his family bakery in Campeche, Mexico, setting the stage for his remarkable career. He refined his skills at the Business Administration College in Cancun and expanded his culinary expertise in various Asian locales, including Hong Kong and Malaysia.

Returning to Mexico in 1994, Rocha assumed the role of executive sous chef in Acapulco, swiftly progressing to executive chef within a year. Seven successful years later, he embarked on a new chapter at Hyatt Regency Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, in 2001.

During his tenure in Egypt, Rocha had the privilege of preparing meals for high-profile international dignitaries, kings, and heads of state from the Middle East.
