Bhawna Verma is a hospitality professional with experience of 19+ yrs. across brands such as Taj Hotel, Hyatt, Imperial, InterContinental Hotels Group & Marriott International.
She started her career in 2001 and grew to the role of Executive Housekeeper in 2007 at the first managed IHG hotel i.e., Crowne Plaza Today Gurgaon.
She spent 10 fulfilling years with IHG growing into the role of General Manager at Holiday Inn and Suites Bengaluru. She was given the opportunity to work at a conversion hotel; positioning the hotel to deliver profits within the first year of Operations.
She learnt various facets of leadership while being at IHG – maintaining assets, owner relations, switching gears from expense department to generating revenues. She moved to Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram in 2017 as a General Manager.
Bhawna loves spending her free time with her family, she is equally passionate about cooking and travelling too.
