Holiday Inn New Delhi International Airport is thrilled to announce the appointment of Mohit Singh as the Director of Food & Beverage. He comes with a rich experience of over 16 years in the hospitality industry of handling restaurants and banquet operations.
Mohit started his career with The Oberoi’s Wildflower Shimla and has experience in handling finest restaurants with brands like IHG, Marriott, Radisson, Indian Accent and more. His excellent managerial and leadership skills have proved to be an asset in his previous assignment at The Leela Ambience Hotel New Delhi.
At Holiday Inn, Aerocity he will be responsible for launching and reviewing new gastronomical experiences at all 3 F&B outlets, overseeing and maintaining the service quality and smooth operations of the restaurants and in room dining and at the same time maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.
Mohit hails from New Delhi and in his spare time he enjoys hiking and outdoor activities. He is also passionate about wines and holds a certification of WSET – level 2.
