Novotel Guwahati GS Road welcomes Chef Bishan Singh Negi as the Executive Chef.
He was born & brought up in Uttarakhand. Chef completed his degree from SHREE SHAKTI COLLEGE OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT from Hyderabad.
He had done his specialization from SUAN DUSIT INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL at Thai embassy & had been associated as certified Trainee in Oberoi Bangalore & Oberoi New Delhi before starting his career as a Chef.
Chef Negi has total 22 years of experience. He had worked in various locations with multiple brands. Chef had a major stint with Oberoi’s & Marriott hotels, though he started his career from Taj Deccan in 2001. His last assignment was with Westin Hyderabad Mind space as Executive Sous Chef. Chef Negi loves to explore new places, experience new cultures & try new cuisines.
