The Ritz-Carlton, Doha is delighted to announce the appointment of Ikrami Bousaadia as Director of Rooms, effective 1st of September 2021.
In his new role, Ikrami will be overseeing the entire Rooms Division Operations and will report to the General Manager.
Ikrami joined The Ritz-Carlton, Doha in 2011 as a Front Office Agent and climbed the ladder to become Front Office Supervisor, Assistant Manager and later Front Desk Manager. Prior to this promotion, Ikrami worked as the Rooms Division Manager where he was able to generate the highest front office upselling in the Middle East Region and managed to maintain the green zone for the Ritz-Carlton Missing stays for the past one year and half.
Under Ikrami’s leadership, Rooms Division excelled in all aspects; GuestVoice Scores for the Rooms Division metrics are one of the best in the region. Currently, the hotel holds number one rank in Upselling and Missing Stays in the Middle East Region.
