Chef Satish Kumar has been promoted as the Executive Chef with Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel. He comes with over 12 years of expertise in the culinary field and has worked with several iconic brands such as Lalit Hotels, AccorHotels and Marriott International.
Chef Sathish has been associated with Marriott International since March 2019. Prior to his recent assignment, he was the Sous Chef at The Lalit Golf and Spa Resort. He has worked in different capacities in the culinary department from a Jr. Sous Chef to Executive Sous Chef. He is known to apply his skill set to consistently maintain guest reputation scores at the hotel which is one of our key focus areas.
A dynamic epicurean, Sathish is on a quest to explore quirky and unusual ingredients to offer guests an extraordinary dining experience. His forte lies in crafting innovative creations and infusing unique flavors in conventional dishes.
Chef Sathish is from Bihar, however, has travelled across multiple locations across the country, as his father served the army. He also enjoys participating in theatre acts.
