Sachin’s professional journey spans leadership roles across prestigious international brands including Marriott International, Jumeirah, Kempinski, Hilton, and One&Only. His rich and diverse exposure has shaped his empathetic leadership style, focus on innovation, and dedication to fostering inclusive, high-performing workplace cultures.
In his most recent role as Hotel Manager at Four Points by Sheraton Bengaluru Whitefield, Sachin enhanced owner relations, elevated guest satisfaction, responded adeptly to evolving business dynamics, and championed key sustainability and associate engagement initiatives.
An adventurer at heart, Sachin has summited Everest Base Camp, Mount Kilimanjaro, and Mount Elbrus, reflecting his resilience, discipline, and passion for exploration. His guiding motto—drawn from Nims Purja’s 14 Peaks—captures his spirit: “Giving up is not in my blood.”
