Al Jaddaf Rotana Complex has announced the appointment of Fadi Batmani as its new Director of Human Resources, reinforcing the property’s dedication to cultivating talent, fostering employee engagement, and building a workplace culture rooted in collaboration and excellence.
With over 11 years of experience in hospitality human resources, Batmani brings a proven track record of strategic leadership and people development. Having joined Rotana in 2014 through the company’s flagship management trainee initiative, TAROT (The Accelerated Rotana Training) Programme, he has since progressed through a series of key HR positions across multiple Rotana properties in the region.
Most recently, Batmani served as Cluster Human Resources Manager at Centro Capital, Sedra Arjaan, and Sedra Residences by Rotana in Doha, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement, advancing development programmes, and aligning HR practices with the company’s strategic goals. His efforts have been widely recognised for fostering an inclusive environment that promotes innovation, teamwork, and professional growth.
Throughout his career, Batmani has been known for his deep commitment to Rotana’s core LIFE values — Long-term, Innovative, Friendly, and Ethical — ensuring these principles are embedded across every level of the organisation. His leadership philosophy is centered on empowering teams, nurturing future leaders, and driving sustainable performance through people-focused strategies.
A Jordanian national, Batmani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from The Hashemite University in Jordan. His extensive experience, passion for people, and dedication to human resources excellence are set to make a significant impact at Al Jaddaf Rotana Complex, furthering the property’s mission to be an employer of choice within the region’s hospitality industry.
