With over 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Vikas has worked with some of the most respected names in the sector, including the Cyrus Poonawalla Group, Radisson Blu, and Hyatt Hotels. His expertise spans operations management, guest experience enhancement, and team leadership.
In his new role, Vikas will oversee the resort’s day-to-day operations, drive service excellence, and further reinforce The Machan’s commitment to sustainable and experiential hospitality.
