With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Zeinab brings a deep understanding of guest service management and hotel operations, particularly within the Middle East. Prior to joining Amwaj Rotana, she served as Director of Rooms at Media Rotana Dubai, where she streamlined guest service procedures, improved operational performance, and implemented initiatives that enhanced the overall guest experience.

Throughout her career, Zeinab has demonstrated strong leadership in developing teams, improving employee engagement, and aligning departmental goals with organizational objectives. Her strategic approach to operations and emphasis on consistent service delivery have contributed to successful hotel improvement projects and increased guest satisfaction ratings.

After starting her career in front office management, Zeinab has held several executive roles, including Director of Rooms, Assistant Director of Front Office, and Director of Front Office. Her hands-on experience across various operational domains provides her with a comprehensive understanding of hotel management and how to balance business goals with guest expectations.
