The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore is delighted to announce the appointment of Maha Bourachi as Director of Sales and Marketing. A distinguished leader with nearly three decades of experience in the luxury hospitality sector across the Middle East, Maha is poised to drive the iconic hotel’s commercial strategy in the competitive Singapore market.
Her impressive career includes key positions at renowned properties such as InterContinental Hotel Phoenicia Beirut, Kempinski Summerland Hotel & Resort Beirut, Four Seasons Hotel Beirut and Mövenpick Hotel Beirut, where she served as Director of Sales and Marketing.
Driven by a passion for culinary arts and entrepreneurship, Maha launched her own French and Italian restaurant in Lebanon. Following this venture, she relocated to Doha, Qatar, where she began her journey with Marriott International and held the position of Multi-Property Director of Sales and Marketing at the St. Regis Doha. Her experience in the brand continued most recently as the Director of Sales and Marketing at The St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort in Oman.
In her new role as Director of Sales & Marketing at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, Maha leads the team in driving sales and marketing strategies to strengthen the hotel’s commercial presence while continuing to elevate the legendary service and brand promise that define The Ritz-Carlton. With her extensive experience in luxury brand positioning, along with her strategic mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and deep commitment to excellence, Maha is well-positioned to enhance the hotel’s market presence in Singapore’s competitive luxury hospitality landscape.
Beyond the boardroom, Maha finds inspiration by cherishing time with her family and immersing herself in nature walks, a diverse range of fitness activities and discovering hidden cultural gems within her destination and across the region. Her enduring passion for the art of cooking – a love that once inspired her to launch her own restaurant – adds a unique flavour to her diverse interests.
