Widely known as “The Magician of Spirits” and “The Alchemist,” he has transformed beverage programs at some of the world’s most iconic destinations, including Lebua at State Tower, Bangkok, and Anantara Hotels under the Minor Group. His distinctive ability to merge operational precision with creative storytelling has earned him international recognition as both a Group Mixologist and Creative Director.
In his new role at The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake and Lakeside Chalet – Marriott Executive Apartments, Ronald will lead the creative evolution and operational enhancement of the hotel’s beverage landscape. His focus will be on curating immersive guest experiences through inventive bar concepts, design-forward outlet strategies, and progressive team development, setting new benchmarks in beverage excellence.
As part of his vision to craft emotionally engaging and experiential drinking moments, Ronald introduces “The Astromixology Menu” at NOX, The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake — a zodiac-inspired cocktail collection featuring twelve signature creations, each reflecting the personality, flavor profile, and spirit of its corresponding star sign.
