Leading the team is General Manager Francesco Pantalone, a hospitality executive with over twenty years of international experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Renowned for his ability to lead transformative projects, Francesco has successfully elevated operational standards and crafted exceptional guest experiences at several luxury resorts and Michelin-recognised venues. His strategic vision seamlessly blends wellbeing, cultural heritage, and environmental stewardship.

Under his guidance, the resort aims to deliver immersive guest experiences that capture the breathtaking beauty and deep traditions of the Red Sea. Driven by a strong commitment to Saudi Vision 2030, Francesco is passionate about empowering local talent through mentorship and development programmes, nurturing the next generation of Saudi hospitality leaders.

At the forefront of the resort’s commercial strategy is Commercial Director Hala Sabry Elboos, who brings over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing with leading luxury brands. She spearheads market positioning and brand awareness, supported by Director of Revenue Nicolas Vucher-Bondet, whose decade of expertise in flagship luxury properties across the UAE and Bahrain ensures a data-driven, results-oriented approach to revenue management.

Director of Rooms Indika Walahena, with more than 24 years in luxury hospitality, leads accommodation operations with a guest-centric philosophy that guarantees seamless service and cultural authenticity.

Overseeing the resort’s technical excellence, Director of Engineering Jahanzaib Anwer brings over 12 years of experience in project management and facilities operations. His role encompasses the maintenance of the resort’s eco-friendly infrastructure and recreational systems, ensuring sustainable performance and safety aligned with the resort’s environmental commitments.

Enhancing the wellness and recreation portfolio, Director of Spa and Recreation Chanapach Khumkhur contributes 18 years of international experience with renowned luxury brands. Her leadership focuses on integrating cultural authenticity with modern wellness practices to inspire balance and lasting wellbeing.

The resort’s vibrant culinary landscape is guided by Executive Chef Feras Sharif AlNatsheh and Executive Pastry Chef Raamin Samiyi, whose creative partnership delivers innovative and authentic dining experiences across multiple venues. Youssef Saab, Director of Food & Beverage, brings over 20 years of experience across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. Heading the Human Resources division, Director of Human Resources Hani A. Alredha, a proud Saudi national, brings 12 years of expertise across the Kingdom’s hospitality sector.
