Before joining Andaz Delhi, Abhishek served as Director of Sales at The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences, where he led high-performing teams, managed global key accounts, and crafted innovative business strategies to expand revenue streams across corporate, MICE, and leisure segments. His dynamic leadership was instrumental in enhancing guest engagement, optimizing sales performance, and building long-term client partnerships.
Abhishek’s illustrious career spans leadership roles with leading hospitality brands including The Grand New Delhi, Country Inn & Suites by Carlson, Sahibabad, and ITC Maurya Sheraton & Towers, New Delhi. His expertise in sales strategy, business development, and relationship management positions him to strengthen Andaz Delhi’s market presence and reinforce its reputation for exceptional guest experiences.
